hayleyj80 @evasusan Well, I just had to cancel an order because it never arrived. The seller marked it as shipped almost immediately which I thought was a little strange and she wouldn’t respond to my messages or comments on the listing. So Poshmark approved my request to cancel although the seller had marked it as shipped but there was never any movement on the tracking. .

hayleyj80 @evasusan They also informed me that they would be reimbursing the seller since the package was supposedly lost. Something just didn’t sit right with me so I’ve checked out her closet and she has at least 20 listings for items that I don’t believe she has in her possession and is running a scam. Should I say something? I think she knows I’m on to her scam so she’s blocked me from commenting on her listings.

evasusan @hayleyj80 oh wow, how strange! Sorry you had to deal with that! From what I understand posh will reimburse both parties (seller and buyer) if the item is lost in the mail - but that would mean there would’ve been USPS tracking that stopped updating entirely at some point. If she never sent it there would be no tracking ever entered so it seems weird that they would refund her.

evasusan @hayleyj80 but you could definitely reach out to posh support to let them know your concerns! unless it’s the weekend they generally respond within about 24 hours in my experience

hayleyj80 @evasusan That’s what I thought too. I couldn’t believe they reimbursed her. The USPS tracking number that I was given states that a pre-shipment label was printed and they were waiting for the item. They were never in possession of it at all. And now the tracking number just says it’s invalid. If it was lost in the mail, there would be some resolution.

evasusan @hayleyj80 yeah that’s very strange that they would refund her with no tracking. Maybe they thought it was lost by USPS before tracking was scanned, but if that’s an ongoing scam she’s doing I would think posh would notice it keeps happening with her sales. I definitely don’t think it would hurt to let them know your concerns, especially since maybe they had overlooked it!
