Very unique 14kt yellow gold heart pendant that cages a genuine pearl inside! This reminds me of tree limbs or veins the way it’s made! It’s also diamond cut to catch the light! I have had this piece for I know atleast 20 years if not longer! This was custom made at a small jeweler shop local in our area and it’s in excellent condition and only been hidden away as my first love gave it to me so yes it needs to go lol! I actually forgot I still had it!!
