I honor my daughter G who graduated CSUN radiology department as a RAD Tech who now is a life saver in a cardiac cath lab. ❤️❤️❤️ I know there may have been a few times she went hungry as a student and missed mom’s and grandma Carmela’s pasta in Italy. By a stroke of luck I met Esi a fantastic young man who mentioned hungry students at CSUN. I got the idea by him serving and passing out food at a place called Valley vs Everybody a place where young people gather, talk and exchange ideas. It’s food from food banks and the like unused or over distributed and instead of being wasted it’s reproportioned. Since he told me he had hungry friends at CSUN, as a traveling chef for seniors in need I thought I could help and why not! I thought how could the pasta I get be delivered deliciously and easily. Everyone likes cold pasta or they could nuke it. So this concept was born! Behold college kids eat a lot of pasta! 🏆 Help fund my project and you will get a gift from me. Thank you for your support 🇮🇹
