NWT perfect summer shirt dress. Great fabric feels like a light linen or washed silk. Nice a-line skirt that is breezy but not too full. Color is a beautiful burnt orange. Dress goes on over the head, buttons are functional and hidden, has an elastic waistband to give it kinda a blouson shape. Matching sash belt. Waistband is 20” a cross unstreched and stretches to at least 25” so would work with a number of sizes. About 41” long.
