New with tags traditional purple and blue pastel tartan mini length kilt. Made in the UK with new wool in the tartan Heathered Ferguson of Balquidder. Gorgeous light blue and purple colours! Size XS with the following flatlay measurements: 12-14” waist (adjustable side clasps at the waist), 17” hip, 18” long. In as new condition with no holes, stains, and no signs of wear. Pleated at the back.
