Paris blues outerwear blue fur coat

Size medium (can fit small too) blue fur coat. Has discoloration as pictured and is missing furs on one sleeve (also pictured) I LOVE this coat. It’s such a beautiful blue. However I’m not sure if I can get the discoloration out or mend the missing furs but someone may be able to.
