This has never been used, never had nectar put in. I only attached suction cups to window bracket but realized it would be too high for me to fill easily where I wanted to view. Everything is complete in box. There is also deck mounting screws and clears spacers to attach on bracket if desired. I bought this new at our local Wild Birds Unlimited Store. All of my feeders are from Wild Birds Unlimited. There products are quality and made in U.S. Be ready for them!
