This artsy and super vintage dress can definitely be worn as a top it is quite short ! I have worn it both ways ! Vintage as is dress with pockets.... EDIT: Pockets have been fixed and sewn at the tailors this week! So they are GOOD. I need to take new photos of this one it has been dry cleaned as well spots and smudges also removed. Looks like new now.
