Hi! I purchased this from the person who purchased it from you, i need your help! It's missing the adjustment connector for the crossbody strap, it's the short little strap with adjustable notches, she I guess was unaware that it was missing, she doesn't have it, i was wondering if you might have it? I really need it or I'm going to unfortunately have to sell it without it! I'll pay the postage if you can send it to me if you have it? Please let me know either way.. Thank you!

Oops got my wires crossed! Lol... I purchased this directly from you, it's the strap shown in the photo with the bottom measurement of the bag, you can see it on the left side! It's actually too small for my needs and I have to reposh it but it's missing the little adjuster strap that connects to the crossbody with the gold loop.

@thedoggiebag Hi Everything that is shown in the picture is what was with the bag when I sent it. The stap that you see was placed inside the bag when I shipped it so it wouldn't get bent or ruined. It never had a small adjustable piece with it unfortunately. I hope you find one. So Sorry

@thedoggiebag Thank you! I wish it had it, it makes me sad about it. but I know it wasn't there when I even purchased it.I was just thinking about that maybe the company would have a replacement.
