N.Y.L.A. Chester Stiletto Heel Bootie Shoes. Black cap toe with black adjustable strap over front. Bottom sole is stamped “vero cuoio” so these appear to be leather. 4” heel height Size: 8 Pre-owned, good condition except the heels do have some marks and scratches. The insole has a sticker and I did not remove it in case it would leave a residue. Some dark marks on interior lining. See photos
