Very cute top that can be dressed up or casually worn. It's stunning with white slacks, jeans or white capris! The tag is Large, but I am a medium. I can personally fit mediums or larges, so I added pictures of measurements. Small V neck, with a built in scarf that can be worn several ways! It can be tied into a bow, it holds pendants nicely, can be untied and still is cute! The only reason I'm selling this adorable top, is I accidentally bought two! This is brand new, in packaging and never worn. There was never tags attached.
