Blue glass with Abalone Inlay dangle pierced earrings

These are beautiful rectangular dark blue beads that I'm pretty sure are glass and not plastic, but it's hard for me to tell. And I think that's either Abalone or Mother of Pearl Inlay. Again, I'm not an expert, so I can't confirm. They have silver tone hooks and if you wanted to add a little more dangle, you could attach another bead to the hook on the bottom.
