NWT Love the label animal print button down dress with drop waist & belt size S

NWT Love the label dress from anthropologie. Has pearl snap buttons that button all the way down, has belt with loops, has a super flattering drop waist, puffed short sleeves, and is a size small. This is a maxi dress. I’m 5’6” and it hits me just above the ankle. I am in love with this dress, but it’s too tight in the chest. P2P is 16in. No stretch. Runs small in chest!!
