I had a bag full of these big chunky vintage loose beads and wanted to make them into something pretty to wear! So I strung them on strong cord, with gold tone filigree bead caps and dark brown wood spacer beads. The ball beads are a swirled brownish-orange color. They look like amber but are some type of plastic, likely lucite. I tested with simichrome and they are not bakelite. This is a long strand with no clasp, slips on over your head to wear.
