This is a light blue, prom dress. It has a lace halter top, and a ruffle skirt. It zips up the back and ties behind the neck. The brand is teeze me. It says it is a size 11-12, but it is pictured on my size small mannequin. It's in good condition, I found no rips holes or stains, it is missing a belt, and has tiny belt loops on the sides, but that could easily be worked around.
