@mksteiner unfortunately no. I suck at keeping up with those kinda things 🫠. If I can locate a receipt I will lyk it was purchased in 22 so it probably wouldn't have much left on warranty anyway. I kind of just forgot about it bc I'm too lazy to fix my hair most of the time 😅

@mksteiner I used it for Thanksgiving and I've never had any issues with it. Despite all the hair (I shed like a dog) I've only used it maybe 4 or 5 times total. I'm happy to plug er in again if you'd like!

@aka_sue I have the same problem with my hair! Is your hair pretty long? Is the barrel long enough for pretty long hair? Just want to clarify that Thanksgiving is the last time you used it?

@mksteiner these are not the long barrels however my hair is what I consider super long. it easily goes below my chest. I actually just pulled it out to turn on. turns out, plastic is still wrapped around the center power box thing

@aka_sue like the original plastic packaging? That’s funny! Our hair sounds about the same length! Mine is past my shoulder blades and I have no idea what to do with it so trying to figure out something semi-simple!

@mksteiner haha! the original plastic but only around the center power block thing. I thought about getting 2 long barrels for extra attachments but I literally never go anywhere so my hair stays in a bun or pony nearly 24/7. I figured someone else could benefit from it that would appreciate and use it a little more 😄
