brand new with tags, this is a black-and-white polyester/spandex blend floral printed dress that is super stretchy and is a nice medium weight fabric that is not see-through and hangs very nicely. I love the three-quarter length sleeves on this with the rusching at the bottom seven or 8 inches. It makes for a really cute look on your arm and adds to the appeal of the whole dress. This is a great wrinkle free dress that can be packed in a workout bag to throw on after your workout, in your suitcase for traveling, can be dressed up or down and worn year-round.
