ah2oman @princessrose777 unstretched is like 13” across flat, which extends to 20” across flat. This is measured from the top of the smocked area below where the sleeves attach

ah2oman @rayadarling21 I’m not sure! It’s textured as you can see from the close up photos and comfortable on but could not tell you if it’s cotton or something else.
