I love this high/low maxi skirt with a ruffle from high end brand The Kooples. Has a high waist with a hidden side zipper. Fully lined. 100% viscose. Size 1 which translates to a size small (see chart in photos). Measures 13.5” for the flat waist. Dress up or down. In excellent preowned condition with no visible flaws.
