hello :) I wanted to ask if these have a lot of stretch to them? Are they true to size or run small? im finding that sizing is a bit inconsistent across several styles in this brand :/

They run all over the place with sizing. It’s actually annoying. I added a pic of the material. I think they stretch decent. I had kids and unfortunately my mid section is still too big. lol.
