This is a very nice dress by Tommy Hilfiger in perfect condition. Has soft cap sleeves and flattering cowl neckline with a skinny tie belt. Lined starting below the sleeve opening. Black background with circles of navy, red, cream and mustard. Very flattering fit. Would be perfect for q casual summer wedding. Measures 21 inches from pit to pit and 35 inches from top to bottom measuring in the back.
