XS/S Vintage Style Grey & Red halter dress

Vintage style retro halter dress. Grey/white plaid sheery type fabric with red accent. Neck & attached belt both self tie at back. Runching at back for perfect fit! Fully lined with grey fabric. I small spot on 1 of the neck ties -& a rando pin with spotting. Not sure if part of the bust has pulled a little or if factory flaw. Full flowy skirt, no tags. fabric does not stretch, but back ruching does allow for stretch at top. Shown on S model -sale is dress only.
