I wore as crossbody. Strap is adjustable. Bought a few years ago from the Orlando outlet. It has been gently loved. Inside is perfect condition. You will see some wear on the outside. The main wear is along the handle and straps. The outer edge trim wears off a little. I've tried to show that in pictures. There are a few light stains as well on the outside. I have not tried to clean it. Zipper works perfect both inside and main. There are 2 small pockets and 1 zipper area inside. Great deal for someone who wants authentic without the new price tag.
