this is brand new but there a tiny blemish at the very bottom in the back... it's not a spot but it is where something heavy was sitting and flattened out the accordion design of the material... one dry cleaning would fix that... this is reflected in pricing already. size 8... drawstring waistline please check out all the pictures and message me with any questions you might have before purchase... thanks a bunch!🤗
