@chasingjannah laid flat waist is 12 in, but it is very stretchy elastic, I measured 17 inches flat while stretching but still not all the way. Length is 21 in.

My daughter has a 29/30 waist. Would that fit? 17 flat does that mean it can go up to 34 inches(17 each side)?
