Rafaela slimming hourglass dress

This little black dress is from Belks and never been worn. The reason I bought it is it looks exactly like the picture on the tag that I have taken for you to see. It looks just like that picture. It does slim waist and thighs, and then it lifts and , flatters the bust. You just can’t go wrong with this dress.
