Peach and cream striped off-the-shoulder button-down top by ASTR. The top is smocked around the bust but then becomes a flowy swing top. Similarly, the top of the sleeves are smocked but then expands into fluted / bell sleeves. EUC, looks new, no flaws that I can find.
