Tiffany & Co. Sunglasses with hard case, wipe cloth and cloth cover. Rust on one side under plastic - could possibly unscrew and clean up. Minor, tiny blemish on lens (does not affect vision), small dust or something next to next/frame. Authentic, purchased them at the sunglass hut years ago.
