Black cut out bell sleeve top

Black cut out bell sleeve shirt I actually don’t know how to explain this shirt, but the sleeves are cut out and at the wrist there is a tie and makes a sort of bell sleeve. Super elegant but elevated simple piece. Also can be very beachy, all depends how you style it so it is versatile in that way!
