This is a timeless piece from Laura Ashley. Made in USA. 100% cotton. Short puff sleeves. Large sailor collar trimmed with a ruffle. Attached straps that can be tied in a bow under collar. Tag is almost completely worn off but I can make out 100% cotton. When flat measures approximately 20” pit to pit and 23” long. Would probably best fit a size medium. In very good vintage condition with no issues to note.
