@zo_hotaling I reached out to support because after accepting the offer, I couldn't access the shipping label. They stated they had reached out to you because the payment and / or shipping method needed to be verified.

@hajfeather4 they refuse to reach out at all. I have provided proper payment because the money was taken out then returned the next day. I have provided a proper address because I have had items delivered before. let's try again. I accidentally offered the wrong amount. You can counter the amount I put last time.

@hajfeather4 I have sent at least 10 messages to support and called their Phone message number but nothing. They wouldn't even let me message so maybe it's fixed now that I can.

@zohotaling97 This is really crazy, I've never had this happen. On my end when I view the offer it says I have accepted but below it, it says "payment issue".
