elegantmachine @birdiegrrl the fabric has some stretch and is formed for the bust. Laying flat and unstretched the measurements are a bit smaller, but I feel confident this is true to size.

elegantmachine @birdiegrrl Laying flat we are looking at ~22.5" and when it's on it fits up to a 53" chest. Personally, this dress fits me and my chest is ~51" around. (I'm a size 2 in Torrid, Large in City Chic for other plus size brands to compare to)

elegantmachine @birdiegrrl okay, I tried it on again and it really fits me well. The tie will cinch the top, but it wouldn’t cinch the whole bust. I’m about a 42DD up top if that helps!
