Popatu Little Girl's Embroidered Dress with Tulle Slip.

Size 3T beautiful blue and white striped dress with embroidered hot pink flowers. This dress is fully lined with a regular slip and a tulle slip to give it shape. Please see the last two photographs as the hems are coming apart under both armholes. So, they do need to be sewn back. Darling dress!
