This rad tee has the program's signature graphic on the front, DARE 'Keeping Kids Off Drugs' (DARE stands for Drug Abuse Resistance Education) the Program was at its height in America in the early 90’s when 75% of American Elementary Schools had the DARE program as a part of their educational curriculum. Founded in 1983, but had a $10 million dollar budget during Reagan’s War on Drugs era. Great condition, has been wrapped for nearly 25 years now.
