Torrid Ruffled Cap Sleeve Blouse

Very good pre-loved condition blouse from Torrid. Rayon and spandex, black and white pattern, very pretty and soft. Can be worn on or off the shoulder - has elastic. Short sleeve, with a little bit of a cap sleeve element. Size 3 - I would say it fits a little on the slimmer side of the size. It’s more straight fitting than loose.
