hnjones8611 @sunflowers7_ hey! I’m normally a 7.5 to an 8 depending on the shoe. I needed an 8 in these, so I’d say if you’re 7.5, these are perfect. The back strap does adjust, but heel to toe it’s perfect fit on me. Hope that helps! The one time I wore them I wore them with no show socks/jeans, so if you’re not wearing a sock you’ll have a bit more room as well
