@cynthiamarie890 sorry, I work all week & have 3 kids. I was going to ship today. Since, I can actually get to the post office. Poshmark gives you 7 days to ship usually. Since it’s $500 I ship to Poshmark itself to authenticate the item.

Hello Chrissy, I have a friend who is a jeweler and he can repair the earring post. I believe it got bent in transit, but he says he can fix it! I let Poshmark know I am keeping them!

I am still trying to see if I can get them repaired. It should work out, but I need to make sure. I went to David Yurman and they are concerned about the integrity of the post/earring if they try to manipulate it back into place. I am taking it to my jeweler tomorrow and will let you know more. Yurman is concerned about liability since I bought them on consignment. I have let Poshmark know and hope to have this resolved soon.

I totally believe you! No backs, but that is ok. I took them to my jeweler friend who came in on a Sunday. HE FIXED THEM! I am accepting so you will receive payment. I knew it would work out. You do not need to feel sorry for me. LOL! I do not sell on here but sometimes shop here. I will always follow you and look in your closet! All the best to you and yours!

The jeweler was not able to fix. Was very concerned about the integrity of the post and said I was better off buying a new pair. Now Poshmark sent me a picture of some earrings and I can not even tell if they are the ones I purchased. They are asking if they are the ones I purchased after confirming that they received the ones I bought. If you received them and told me I was getting a refund, then why are you asking me about a pair of earrings where I can not even see the stone.
