Do you think the 38 can fit a 34 or 36 waist if tightened or do they run big?

@ciera_wilhelm Maybe a 36 but def not a 34. They don't tighten 4 inches for sure. Plus, once the water makes them heavier, they will sag on a smaller waist. There is zero elastic, just board short type waistband so, ideally, they would be best suited for the tagged waist size.
