This darling little cotton strapless dress is the perfect blend of sunshine, sweetness, Cher Horowitz, and '90s chic! I'd kill to keep it, but frankly, it's just too short for me, which means I try it on once every spring, realize I'm not any shorter and it's not any longer, and back in the closet it goes. As you can see, it still has the extra hook-and-eye attached to the tag — never actually worn, just no longer has store tags.
