Vintage Bechamel Sailor/Nautical Full Skirt, Petite Medium

Vintage Bechamel skirt in navy featuring a fun nautical/sailor and star motif in red, gold & white. Elastic waist. Pull on style with additional button closure at the side waist. Slightly gathered to give a full shape. Excellent condition Size Medium Petite, but could be worn by someone of any height - just depends on your desired length. I am 5'7" and it hits me just above the knee. Approx measurements waist laid flat and unstretched = 16" length = 22 1/2"
