Classic silhouette, zip closure in back, decorative button detail and piping on front, decorative piping above hem. Estimate that it was made in 80s, but it’s a classic look from the 50s or 60s. Black background with red, blue, pink, yellow and white floral pattern. Green leaves in pattern too. Probably equates to a size 4 dress. Waist measurement is just about 12 inches flat. Skirt is full so hip measurement is not necessary. Very well made and gently used! Fabric seems to be cotton.
