Hi, I’ve never owned a pair of DM. Wondering about the sizing. Do you have suggestions? Also, is the toe box wide or narrow? Trying to determine which size to get.

@smallwood71 Hello. My wife has a pair just like these and she wears size 6/6.5 standard width. She tried on a size 6 in these and the fit was perfect for her. So going off of that I'd say the fit/sizing on these Dr. Martens is true to size. Wearing them she has never mentioned anything about the toe box being tight.

@1_closet_4_all ok thanks for this information. I’m between a 6-6.5 as well and wasn’t sure if i should go with the 6 or the 7. Sounds like your wife went with the 6. I have wide feet and a narrow heel.

@smallwood71 Keep in mind sizing varies from person to person so me stating sizing is true to size may not be the case for someone with wide or narrow feet. There's a possibility the fit could be different. Also the following information I'm about to quote is directly from DMs site for these boots "Standard last - recommended for normal to wide feet".
