It measures 10" (h) x 15" (w) x 5.5" (d), it has two top handles, "TH" on the front, a back zipper pocket, a zipper closure for the main compartment, three inner pockets, and blue lining. The upper portion is a flannel material, and the bottom is faux leather. The bottom trim has some light wear (shown in the pictures), but it's in otherwise very good condition!
