Please read: this is a new-with-tags piece, but the last two pictures show a manufacturing flaw on this... teeny blue marks on the smocking stitches of the bust. I think these are temporary markers to show where the smocking should be sewn, these usually wash out. but I haven't tried to wash this, so I don't know for sure they will come out. They are not very noticeable as-is, but I like to mention everything I find. This dress is washable cotton eyelet, lined through the body. Functional buttons all the way down the front, lightly boned corset midsection, and stretchy bust cups. Stretch shoulders, to wear on or off the shoulder. Tagged as a S, 31-36" bust, 26" waist, 38" hip, 33" long. (E8)
