High waisted slacks / Vintage

these pants are in great condition and an amazing find! they are vintage early '90s or late '80s. they are tagged as a size 6 but smaller than today's size 6. the waist measures 13.5" and the inseam is 31". they are a sage green with no stains, holes or tears. the zipper and buttons are all intact and work perfectly.
