Beautiful custom outfit by Sew Modest. Fabric is a slightly stretchy Swiss dot, gorgeous lavender color. Bust 20, length from shoulder to hem 28, sleeve length 18.5. Skirt length is 35, waist 15, hips 20. (All measurements, with the exception of length measurements, are laid flat) No flaws, I just don’t wear it enough.
