The flat sheet and the pillowcases are completely unused and unwashed and still in the bag. I used the fitted sheet for 2 weeks to complement a Christmas duvet cover. It was washed once and is in excellent condition. You may observe light wear on one side of the fitted sheet (only one person slept on it). This is 6oz Portuguese cotton flannel. The elastic goes all around the fitted sheet. Set contains a flat sheet, fitted sheet, and 2 king pillowcases. PRICE IS FIRM--if it doesn't sell, I'll happily use it again next winter.
