Sequin & Mesh Cocktail dress

purchased during a live show... looked like it would fit 😒 Dress is black - size large is misleading. Measurements: ▪︎ sh to hem: 33" ▪︎ sh to sh: 14" ▪︎ sleeve 22" ▪︎ waist flat 15.5" good condition - previously worn/ owned some fraying at hem and a hole (see photo) no stretch
