Vintage flowy miniskirt that typifies 1990s style in a pretty blue and orange floral pattern by Star Cody. Pair something sweet like this skirt with something tough like some Docs, and it’s perfect. Waist measures approximately 14”, but back half of waistband is stretchy, and length measures approximately 15”.
