momoloves96 @kimchees Hi! The 18K gold pieces have light surface scratches from normal use, no dents or major flaws. Also the cord/string bracelet shows normal signs of wear, very slight fraying if you’re looking close. This is not a brand new item but in great condition. Also Cartier offers free cleaning and they can change the cord/string to other colors they have in stock at their store. Thanks for the interest!
